Official Rules for the Arched Cabins Giveaway
By participating in the Arched Cabins Giveaway (“Giveaway”), entrants agree to be bound by the following rules, terms, and conditions:
1. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Arched Cabins LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Proof of age, identity, and eligibility may be required.
2. Entry Period
Entries will be accepted starting November 15, 2024 at 8:00 AM, CST, and the Giveaway will close on December 18, 2024 at 11:59 PM, CST. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
3. How to Enter
Participants can enter by completing the form available at www.archedcabinsllc.com/season-giveaway. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries by the same individual may result in disqualification.
4. Prize Description
One (1) winner will receive a 24’x32’ Arched Cabin Kit. The prize includes the standard materials outlined in the kit description: base plates, ribs, roof paneling, insulation, and fasteners. The estimated retail value of the prize is $20,640.00. The prize does not include transportation, assembly, foundation materials, or any optional upgrades. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by a random drawing on December 20th, 2024. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. The winner will be notified via email or phone within 3 business days of the drawing. The winner must respond within [3] days to claim the prize. If no response is received within this time, an alternate winner will be selected.
To claim the prize, the winner will be required to:
1. Provide proof of eligibility, such as government-issued identification.
2. Own property affected by a 2024 FEMA-declared disaster area found at https://www.fema.gov/disaster
3. Complete and return IRS Form W-9 for tax reporting purposes.
4. Agree to the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes, as outlined in Section 8.
6. Tax Liability
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting the prize, including but not limited to income taxes. The estimated retail value of the prize will be reported to the IRS and relevant state tax authorities via IRS Form 1099-MISC. Winners are encouraged to consult a tax professional regarding their individual tax obligations.
7. Prize Delivery
The winner must claim the prize within 90 days of notification. The winner is responsible for all costs associated with transporting the prize from Arched Cabins LLC Headquarters in Houston, Texas, to their desired location, including applicable delivery fees. Arched Cabins LLC is not responsible for delays, damage, or costs incurred during transportation or assembly.
8. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Arched Cabins LLC permission to use their name, likeness, photograph, and prize details for promotional purposes, including but not limited to announcements, marketing materials, and social media posts, without additional compensation.
9. General Terms
ï Modification or Cancellation: Arched Cabins LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
ï Disqualification: Arched Cabins LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
ï Release of Liability: By entering, participants release Arched Cabins LLC, its affiliates, and partners from any liability, including claims related to injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize.
10. Privacy Policy
Any information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest. Information will not be shared with third parties or used for unrelated marketing purposes without the entrant's consent. 11. Void Where Prohibited
This Giveaway is void in any jurisdiction where participation is prohibited by law.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Giveaway will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the laws of the state of Texas. By entering, participants waive the right to bring disputes as a class action.
