Arched Cabins is family-owned and operated out of Cypress, Texas and we fabricate every kit by hand. We aim to give affordable homes to the masses and through this a way to obtain mortgage-free living where it was not a reality before. This frees up families to spend more time and money on enriching their lives instead of simply having a roof over their head.
Inclusive kits
Arched Cabins offers a unique cost-effective product designed to build durable permanent structures quickly. Our DIY kits include a build manual, base plates (strips of metal that run the length of the arched wall and attach the ribs to your foundation), ribs (curved metal pieces), ridge beam (attachment point for ribs at center peak), insulation for the arched walls, metal roof paneling, color coordinated fasteners needed to attach the sheet metal, touch up paint, seam tape for the ridge cap, rubber trim (covers sharp edge of sheet metal for safety) and foam inserts that fill in the gaps by the front and back wall caused by the bumps in the sheet metal against the end cap walls. Do it Yourself
Arched Cabins provides DIY kit homes that allow people with basic construction knowledge a way to build a tiny house or more spacious structure “dried in” in as little as one week. Our kits can be attached to any foundation of your choosing including on top of basements. With sizes ranging anywhere from as tiny as 64 square feet to as large as 2760 square feet with 2 full stories, we really do have do it yourself home solutions for families of any size. For even more living space, ask us about the options for connecting multiple kits.
Freedom to Create
What we offer is a permanent structure that is a blank canvas for our customers to customize however they would like. The materials for the end walls (straight walls) are not included, nor are the foundation materials because they can be purchased locally at any building supply store and saves you on extra shipping costs. Even with the help of a contractor to build your kit home, the process is streamlined and saves you countless hours and dollars on labor.

Our headquarters has one 14×20 to visit. You will meet with one of our partners that can answer all of your questions. Viewings here are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on Wednesdays from 11am to 4pm.
Johnson City, TX
Stay overnight and feel out what it's like to live in one! There are 3 Airbnb cabins on the property of Wild Currant Farms. One 20×24, and two 16×18 kits that are fully furnished. Johnson City is about 1 hour from Austin, TX and is a lovely quiet spot to relax.
Ahwahnee, CA
