Our XL Series is our Flagship Arched Cabin. At some point we may need to start just calling them what they are, full sized luxury homes. Until then, we affectionally call them our XL Series.
Each XL is made with thicker steel ribs than their Tiny and Mid counterparts. This makes them stronger and gives more space in the walls for alternative insulation options.
The XL24 is a whopping 3ft 3 inches taller than the M24 and wider on the second floor, giving up to an additional 3,588 ft³ of extra space. The extra height vastly increases the usable square foot on the second floor making it possible to split the floor into two rooms lengthwise and have plenty of head room, maximize closet space, and attributes to the overall spacious feel.
Our XL30 delivers serious square footage—giving the entire family room to stretch out and then some. Invite the in-laws, host the holiday dinner or call the boys, because there’s plenty of room for all of it in this strong, unique XL30 Model Arch.
The XL34 model Arched Cabin is nothing short of spectacular. In a world saturated with bespoke archetecture this grand masterpeice is our flagship model. Still a DIY by nature this cabin has no boundaries left to break.

This XL sized Arched Cabin is a whopping 6 feet taller than the standard 30 foot wide kit. It answers the needs of anyone who wanted more space in the loft/second story of their homes as well as anyone in extreme climate zones or in areas with extremely high snow load/wind rating requirements. The tubing used for the ribs is bigger and offers both extra size and strength. This sized kit could even accommodate a third story loft.

Our 34XL Arched Cabins are fantastic for family cabins and homes with larger community areas such as a kitchen and Great room or living room, and will accommodate up to 6 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms as well.
